Forth Week (23/05/2011-28/05/2011)

~ Take the Safety Induction Course from the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE/HSE) department.
This course helps us to avoid and reduce the hazard and accident that might occur to ourselves and can safe our lives and other people.This course have 5 module conducted by Mr. Zainal Abidin Mohd Haji from QHSE/HSE department.

~ Make and receive call from various people and department

~ Print and filing training certificate

~Booking room for training.

~Handle and monitor facilities in training room.
~installing the projector/LCD
~installing laptop for a meeting or presentation.

~Update monthly activities in training centre

~ Prepare certificates for IPT trainee

~Make Payment Letter

~Filing the training certificates

Third Week (16/05/2011-20/05/2011)

~ Handle and monitor facilities in training room.
i) installing the projector
ii) installing laptop for a meeting or presentation.

~ Make HRDF claim
i) search the employee data

~ Booking room for training

~ Make and receive call

~ Print and scan document and certificates

~ Prepare the trainee certificates

~ Make a filing and make some letter
